My First FDCPA Lawsuit:

I had to start somewhere; and this needed to be done. This was a perfect opportunity to get my feet wet, we didn't have much left to lose.

CALENDAR; LAWSUIT TIMELINE

PHASE ONE: ANSWER; DEMAND FOR DISCOVERY

I crammed for

about twelve

years and two

weeks to write

this lawsuit.

I am sure I made

some mistakes.

I would love to

hear from you

regarding this

lawsuit if you

have any opinions

or entertaining

commentary.

Each document

in this list serves a

pertinent function;

I realized after

we served the

first set that I

probably didn't

need to have

served all 11 docs

right away; however

the bulk of the

work is done,

which makes the

next step much

quicker, easier;

I AM PREPARED, ORGANIZED, AND IN CONTROL.

PHASE TWO: DEFAULT;

PHASE THREE; SETTLEMENT OR FILING OF LAWSUIT.
