Take breaks. Make rules for yourself about how you are going to achieve balance in all areas of your life so that you can be strong enough to fight effectively, PICK YOUR BATTLES carefully. Anything can be accomplished; just set small goals; ask your questions; answer them; baby steps get you to the next big steps.



POWER UP!



Find things that you enjoy; things that make you feel strong. I like to play this song and it reminds me that I am not alone, that there are hundreds of thousands of humans just like me who are doing their part and putting forth their best efforts toward ending these cycles of corruption and pockets of justice. I like to play this when I am taking a break from writing my legal docs or from publishing something; it makes me feel strong. Perhaps it doesn't affect you the same way. Find something that does.

Whatever prayer means to you; it's how you center yourself, bring yourself to your happy place, feel connected to the earth and the world and the universe; however you get there, get there.



I use images a lot, I type a word into the search engine and hit "images". I try to remember to give credit for images I have used, if you catch me guilty I am sorry and I will correct.



Utilize what you have to bring you joy and peace, be grateful for what you have and more will come to you. Be grateful you have the ability to use your mind and the Rules of Procedure to correct the mistakes and remedy the error which has caused an issue situation in your life.

 

It's NEVER too late to resolve a problem! There is ALWAYS something you can do.
